An old friend of mine from high school had asked me to photograph her daughter’s first birthday party. I am so glad I went to the party! From the very beginning of the afternoon through to the end, her friends’ and families’ love for little Lillie poured in from all directions. From the baseball theme (go Yankees!) and ticket entry to the coloring station and cake to the party favors, no detail was too small to add to the spirit of the day.
On a more subtle note, it was absolutely beautiful to see four generations of one family come together on a summer afternoon to celebrate and enjoy each other’s company. Kellyanne, Will, and Lillie’s chapter simply adds more happiness to an already wonderful story.
So, grab your ticket at the door to Lillie’s first birthday party and come on in!
